Those who lead art
EGE YAPI Those who lead art

Ege Yapı leaves a unique heritage to future generations with its book project, Those who lead art.

In a single project, Ege Yapı brought together world-renowned artists from seven branches of the arts (music, cinema-photography, dance, theater, painting and sculpture, literature and architecture). Mr. H. İnanç Kabadayı made the following remarks regarding this project, which will contribute significantly to our cultural heritage...

At Ege Yapı, we are committed to developing special and exclusive projects that facilitate people’s lives. We benefit from architectural and technological means that exceed the ordinary in both our projects and the projects in which we participate.

We join all projects that enable people to lead a contemporary, peaceful life aligned with the prerequisites of the modern day. We also contributed to the compilation of the book those who lead art to affirm our sensitivity towards culture, arts, science, the environment, and history.

Keeping up with today’s unlimited and rapid versatility and seemingly endless demands and expectations gains more meaning with exposure to the arts. Art is crucial for a society’s culture and its intellectual development. In planning and implementing our projects, we pay close attention to all such details.

In a society where art is not supported or not performed, there is nothing to pass down to future generations. We believe that any country’s artistic accomplishments are amplified by transmitting knowledge from generation to generation, and through reading, listening and witnessing global success stories time after time.

We brought together leading national and international artists from seven branches in the arts including music, cinema and photography, dance, theater, painting and sculpture, literature, and architecture in one book: “Those who lead art”. Enjoying a proven record of accomplishments, these artists have been able to pass down their works and performances to the present day.

At Ege Yapı, we support all artists, local and foreign, aware of the significance they offer for a country’s future and across a global platform. We express our gratitude for their contribution to our cultural heritage.

Taking justified pride in presenting their creations to the next generations in a reference book, we extend our warmest thanks to those who contributed to the preparation and printing processes of this book.

EGE YAPI Support Project for street animals

Ege Yapı supports both the environment and street animals.

Ege Yapı, a young and innovative Turkish real estate firm, now undertakes a new social responsibility project. Ege Yapı supports a project which meets the water and food needs of street animals with recycled food waste provided through automated feeding stations placed in Istanbul’s six different districts.

The cooperation enables the placement of these feeding stations on Beşiktaş, Göktürk, Bebek, Ataşehir, Caddebostan and Bağdat Streets to meet street animals’ water and food requirements with the recyclable food waste placed into these automats.

Powered by solar energy, these automats also provide data regarding the number of animals eating from the units.

Reinforcing its support for cultural-artistic subjects at every opportunity, Ege Yapı became the main sponsor for the book, 81 İl Türkiye Gizem Dolu Anadolu, compiled from Mr. Resul Çelik’s piece.
Ege Yapı Chairman H. İnanç Kabadayı made a few remarks concerning the book project, which will make enormous contributions to our cultural heritage…

At Ege Yapı, we are committed to developing special projects that facilitate people’s lives and offer a higher quality of living. We benefit from architectural and technological means that exceed the ordinary in both our projects and the projects in which we participate.

We join all projects that enable people to lead a contemporary, peaceful life aligned with the prerequisites of the modern day. Our sensitive approach to culture and arts has led to 81 İl Türkiye, Gizem Dolu Anadolu - a book for which we are the main sponsor - and one that has evolved into a masterpiece depicting our cities’ unique histories, and their natural and cultural beauties. Compiled thanks to Mr. Resul Çelik’s efforts, the book offers to its readers a range of attractions from each of Turkey’s must-visit cities, with every photograph featuring a particular story and beauty.

We sincerely support any project that adds value to our country; we are profoundly aware of the considerable impact of cultural and artistic activities on our country’s promotion. In a society where the arts are not performed or are unsupported, there is nothing to pass down to the next generations. We believe that any country’s artistic accomplishments will be amplified, both through the transmission of knowledge from generation to generation, as well as through reading, listening, and witnessing global success stories time after time. We support all artists, both local and foreign, knowing the significance they offer for a country’s future and across the global platform. We express our gratitude for their contribution to our cultural heritage.

We offer our warmest thanks to those who contributed to the preparation and printing processes of the book, and we wish Mr. Resul Çelik, the photographer, further success in his future projects.

“Leave a mark on nature” Project
EGE YAPI “Leave a mark on nature” Project

A Social Responsibility Project by Ege Yapı which will “leave a mark on nature.”

Ege Yapı adheres to the principle of undertaking human- and nature-friendly projects that will leave a unique heritage to future generations and the environment. The“Leave a Mark on Nature” project is carried out with awareness of social responsibility and the environment.

We have initiated a memorial forest project aimed at expanding the forestland in the Kemerburgaz Region Ağaçlı Village, thanks to the cooperation between the Istanbul Regional Directorate of Forestry and Ege Yapı.

Those who wish to have a sapling in the memorial forest and contribute to our shared principles may invite ten friends to the Facebook application “Doğada İzin Kalsın” by Ege Yapı. Upon acceptance of this invitation by ten environment-friendly friends, the inviter earns one sapling in the memorial forest to be planted in Kemerburgaz Ağaçlı Village. Obtaining a digital certificate in their name, the supporter of the environment contributes to the protection of nature and the heritage of new trees for the environment and future generations.

Ege Yapı undertook this project with a heightened awareness of its social responsibility towards introducing people to environmentally friendly and comfortable living spaces, and it aims to contribute further to nature by planting saplings for an entirely green Turkey; as well as creating awareness on this important matter by ensuring social media participation. We aim to reach 2,000 saplings in the first stage of the Ağaçlı Village Memorial Forest.
Saygın Aksoy: “We want to add value to Istanbul with this social responsibility project whereby we can create a common conscience and awareness.”

Saying that they attach value to all environmentally friendly projects, Ege Yapı Corporate Communications and Marketing Manager Saygın Atasoy added:

“Forests are the livers of our world. We cannot imagine bequeathing a world - let alone a city - without forests to future generations. We need to offer corporate and individual support for these invaluable areas that breathe new life into our country; a natural advocate for countless topics including global warming, which has attracted attention on a global scale in recent times. And we wanted to step into this issue with the Istanbul Regional Directorate of Forestry as well as with eco-friendly participants. Ege Yapı adopts the principle of implementing eco-friendly and human needs-oriented projects. “Sensitivity" is one of our most important corporate values. We believe in co-existing with those around us, rather than sticking to one’s own world, and protecting what is good while working towards what is better. We want to add value to Istanbul, not only with our environmentally and people-friendly real estate projects but also through social responsibility projects that can create a common conscience and awareness with everyone’s contribution. We work to pass down to future generations a world where they can live comfortably and safely. The “Doğada İzin Kalsın” project is one of our most valuable steps towards protecting nature, and it creates awareness for us on social media, one of the new media tools, ensuring the inclusion of environment-friendly people in the project. We are now creating our forest by donating 2,000 saplings. However, we would like to dedicate many new memorial forests to future generations with this and similar projects.”
