Our selection and placement process take place under the Human Resources Department’s coordination, together with relevant department managers. Our Human Resources Department carries out first interviews and invites the candidates for a second technical assessment interview if they are appropriate for our corporate values, culture, team profile and job requirements. After positive interviews, we conduct a check on references before the job offer.
